10. Payment Data and Financial Privacy
kxl8 takes the privacy of your financial information particularly seriously. When you make a deposit or withdrawal via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer, the transaction is processed by the relevant payment service provider. kxl8 receives only a transaction reference, amount and status confirmation — not your full mobile wallet number, bank account number, PIN or password. kxl8 staff are never authorised to ask for your payment credentials.
kxl8 never stores your full bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, bank account credentials or card details on its own servers. Any payment information you provide during a transaction is transmitted directly and securely to the relevant payment processor. Your continued use of the kxl8 Service after the effective date of any update to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
