These Terms govern your use of kxl8 and apply to all players in Bangladesh. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kxl8 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the kxl8 website at kxl8.org and all associated services, games, promotions and features (collectively, "the Service"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all players accessing kxl8 from Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar and all other regions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. kxl8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and use a kxl8 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service.
You must be at least 21 years of age. kxl8 is a 21+ platform and does not permit use by persons under this age under any circumstances.
You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party, business or other organisation.
You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information, including your legal name and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or agent of kxl8, or an immediate family member of such a person.
You must hold only one registered kxl8 account. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of funds.
📋 KYC Verification
kxl8 may require KYC identity verification at any stage, including at withdrawal, if account activity triggers a review. Documents typically requested include a national ID card, passport or birth certificate. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. kxl8 does not share KYC documents with third parties except as required by applicable law.
3. Account Registration and Security
The following provisions govern the creation, maintenance and security of your kxl8 account.
3.1
Registration Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering your kxl8 account, including your legal full name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number and any other information requested during registration. You may not use false, fictitious or third-party information to register.
3.2
Account Credentials
Your kxl8 password is personal and must be kept strictly confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. kxl8 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or support channels. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact kxl8 customer support immediately and change your password.
3.3
Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity on your kxl8 account, including all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested, whether or not you authorised those transactions. kxl8 will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised use where you failed to maintain credential confidentiality.
3.4
Two-Factor Authentication
kxl8 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional security layer on all accounts. kxl8 strongly recommends enabling 2FA in account security settings. When active, a one-time SMS code is sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number on each login. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
The following provisions govern all financial transactions through your kxl8 account, including deposits, withdrawals and currency handling.
4.1
Accepted Payment Methods
kxl8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from major Bangladesh banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kxl8 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
4.2
Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit at kxl8 is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad, and ৳500 via bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Maximum limits may apply and are published in the Deposit and Withdrawal sections of your account. kxl8 reserves the right to amend limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3
Withdrawal Processing
kxl8 targets same-business-day processing for withdrawals submitted during standard business hours via bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment provider delays, KYC requirements or security reviews. kxl8 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
4.4
Fraud and Chargebacks
Any attempt to defraud kxl8 through chargebacks, falsified transactions or other fraudulent means will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and may be reported to relevant authorities. kxl8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any account suspected of fraudulent activity.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
kxl8 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each promotion.
5.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by kxl8 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before winnings from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Eligible games and rollover multiples are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
5.2
One Bonus Per Promotion
Each promotion is available once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise. kxl8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus awarded in error, as a result of fraud, or claimed by an ineligible player. Cancelled bonuses and related winnings will be removed from the account without prior notice.
5.3
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses not used or failing to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account. The validity period for each bonus is stated in its specific promotion terms. Players are responsible for tracking their own bonus status.
5.4
Welcome Bonus
The kxl8 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. It is subject to the wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit and validity period stated in the current welcome bonus promotion terms. Players who have previously held a kxl8 account are not eligible. kxl8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time.
6. Gameplay and Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all gameplay and betting activity on kxl8, including live casino, slots, crash games, sports betting and all other game types available on the platform.
6.1
Bets Are Final
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the kxl8 platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Players are advised to review all bet details carefully before confirming. In the event of a technical error causing a bet to be incorrectly accepted or priced, kxl8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
6.2
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a malfunction of game software, platform technology or any component of the kxl8 system, all affected bets and game rounds shall be void. kxl8 is not liable for loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction, system failure or connectivity interruption beyond its reasonable control. kxl8 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own connectivity issues.
6.3
Maximum Winnings
Maximum payout limits may apply to individual games and bet types and will be displayed in the game's information section where applicable. kxl8 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without giving a reason. Where a winning payout exceeds the published maximum, only the stated maximum will be paid.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kxl8. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where applicable.
Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
Colluding with other players to fix or influence game outcomes, including in poker, live casino games or any multiplayer format.
Opening more than one kxl8 account, whether under your own name, a fictitious name or a third party's name, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
Using stolen, fraudulently obtained or third-party payment methods to make deposits. All payment methods used must be registered in the account holder's own name.
Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime regulations.
Threatening, harassing or abusing kxl8 staff, customer support agents or other players through any communication channel.

Bonus abuse — including placing opposing low-risk bets across games to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or exploiting promotional terms inconsistently with the spirit of the offer — is a material breach of these Terms. kxl8 uses automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses cancelled and may be permanently restricted.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
kxl8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following provisions describe the circumstances under which account action may be taken.
8.1
Grounds for Suspension
kxl8 may suspend an account where: (a) the player is suspected of violating these Terms; (b) the account is subject to a security review or KYC request not yet completed; (c) a payment dispute or chargeback has been initiated; (d) kxl8 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraud, money laundering or other illegal purposes; or (e) the player has requested a cooling-off period or self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions.
8.2
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary closure of their kxl8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's last-used payment method, subject to standard KYC verification being met.
8.3
Termination for Breach
Where kxl8 terminates an account due to breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, collusion or prohibited conduct — any remaining account balance, including real-money deposits and bonus funds, may be forfeited in full. kxl8 will provide written notice of closure and the reason where it is safe and lawful to do so.
9. Responsible Gaming
kxl8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are a binding part of these Terms.
Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly) are available to all players and can be set or reduced at any time via account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Session time limits are available and alert players when a specified play-time threshold is reached. A session time-out feature is also available to take a mandatory break from play.
Self-exclusion allows a player to block access to their kxl8 account for a chosen period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
A cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days can be applied to any account on request. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot deposit or place bets but may withdraw any remaining eligible balance.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the kxl8 platform — including software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video and the overall look and feel of the Service — is the property of kxl8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No player is granted any licence, right or interest in any intellectual property of kxl8 or its game providers by virtue of using the Service.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute or otherwise use any content from the kxl8 platform without prior written permission from kxl8. Unauthorised use of kxl8 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kxl8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or computer damage, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, even if kxl8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
kxl8's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your kxl8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kxl8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The kxl8 Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or continuous availability. kxl8 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12. Amendments to These Terms
kxl8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kxl8 will notify registered players by SMS to their registered Bangladesh mobile number or by prominent notice on the kxl8 platform before the changes take effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the kxl8 Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.
